		<description>You are certainly wrong here.  Many countries are taking action because it is the moral thing to do and would not harm people today -- and the entire report is about deploying technology, which you would know if you had read it.

The alternative to action is condemning the next 50 generations to 80+ foot sea level rise, endless water shortages, mega-droughts, accelerating desertification, and the like.  This is what you are advocating, since we do not have any time to delay waiting for imaginary future technologies that may or may not ever come.</description>

		<description>No country -- not the US, not Britian, not Norway, not anyone -- is going to reduce their GHG emissions because it is the &quot;moral&quot; thing to do. GHG emissions are too closely correlated with GDP for that to ever, ever happen. To drastically reduce our GHGs now, before the technology is proven and available, would be immoral in that great numbers of people would inevitably suffer and, yes, die. Such emissions reductions, regardless of technology changes, will never, ever happen, even if the Earth heats up by 10 degrees C, and the left are true idiots for advocating it. (They should be advocating for technology, not stand-alone GHG cutbacks.)</description>
