Did you get my email about our new report (&quot;High Stakes: Designing emissions pathways to reduce the risk of dangerous climate change&quot;) from the UK&#039;s Institute for Public Policy Research? (www.ippr.org). 

I&#039;m working on my own review of the Stern Review, hopefully to be posted at Post Normal Times soon.
