It could do this by tariffing products from uncapped countries at greater than the cost advantage they achieve by being uncapped. This may require the U.S. to withdraw from the WTO. What's more, this may have to occur within a short period of time (say by 2010). It is a tall order. Let's hope we elect leaders up to it in 2008. If even a small part of your economic plans are implemented it will create a world wide depression worse than the 30's. I suspect that we will be able to properly demonize all of you throughout 2007/2008 and tar the Clinton/Obama ticket with your leftist plans. This will allow the Guillani/Gingrich ticket to win in 2008 or at least allow a 50-60 seat pickup in the House in 2010 and another 10-12 seats in the Senate. Oh, yes, and this is the same water vapor, i.e. clouds, which recent research by Roy Spencer appears to play a much larger role than previously thought. Imagine that.
