Just is it right to rebuild in a hurricane zone before it's safe from cat 5's. It's a good effort. But I wouldn't build anything 40 miles for the coast and certainly nothing below sea level. But I don't know all the facts he's working with. Great job and I hope it all works out for him. I’ve read of Brad Pitt’s efforts, very commendable.
