					<description>Yowza.  Why would anyone on this planet take anything OPEC says about fighting global warming seriously?  Isn't that roughly like taking advice on resolving interpersonal conflicts from Dexter (the serial killer on Showtime's series of the same name)?</description>

					<description>I’m sure the reason OPEC wants to investigate CCS is to aid in oil extraction of older, lower performing oil wells.  Tired wells can produce more oil if more pressure is added to the well or to the oil or whatever is supposed to happen when pressurized carbon dioxide is added.</description>

					<description>Ronald -- You are probably right.  Too bad enhanced oil recovery doesn't really help slow your global warming problem, since the carbon dioxide you bury is just about equal to the carbon dioxide from the oil you extract with it.</description>
