		<description>For old guys like me this chart is barely readable.  With effort though, I can see that many of the &quot;imporovements&quot; are not even labeled.  The report, though I would think it would be public property has proven elusive.  I should not that I did balk at paying to join McKinsey&#039;s club, or whatever it was called.

Each of the improvements calls for quantitative explanation and support before the overall chart can be considered meaningful.
