With effort though, I can see that many of the "imporovements" are not even labeled. The report, though I would think it would be public property has proven elusive. I should not that I did balk at paying to join McKinsey's club, or whatever it was called. Each of the improvements calls for quantitative explanation and support before the overall chart can be considered meaningful. [<em>JR: Click on the chart to enlarge.
