What jumps out to me are the words "accompanied by seven donated SUVs (two mode hybrids and flex fuel vehicles)". Greensburg, like every other town, is open to donation. That is why I am forming a fossil fuel replacement association dedicated to funding installation of solar panel, photo voltaic cell and wind technologies.

Every builder in Greensburg would gladly maximize alternatives if they could be installed at no extra cost. The only thing standing in the way of widespread application of available technologies is too high initial cost. Various proposals to make alternatives competitive by raising the price of fossil fuels are endlessly discussed. It is much more efficient to lower the price of alternatives to the installer. Voluntary association can accomplish this. Through voluntary association, every rooftop in Greensburg could be a power generator.

Isn't this the green town rebuild that the Discovery Channel was going to film as the key show for its new channel launch?
