		<description>Here is a free market for you:  I&#039;ll guess that the cost of producing biocoal and sequestering it in abandoned mines or carbon landfills is $100 per tonne.  It is about 85% carbon.  So to offset just the 8.5 GtC added to the active carbon cycle each year requires sequestering 10 billion tonnes of biocoal.  That&#039;ll take one trillion dollars per year, if my cost estimate is correct.

In so-called free markets, everybody is expected to purchase, not steal, their raw materials.  So businesses buy fossil fuels.  However, they pay nothing for the oxygen to burn the fuels.  Need to be charged an oxygen tax.  Enough to generate the trillion dollars needed.

Needed just to stay even.  That actually is not good enough for my grandchildren to come, nor for yours...</description>
