The problem is there is nothing there.    

From day one Bush&#039;s m.o. is to say one thing to placate the public (and score political points based on the daily calculation)  and then do nothing - or worse and more typically do virtually the exact opposite.   One can rundown an endless list of initiatives.    

It doesn&#039;t matter what Bush says - Bush&#039;s speech isn&#039;t worthy of anything more than a drinking game.  

It matters what McCain, Obama, Clinton and congressional leaders say.   It matters what the press says.   Bush will always live in an alternate reality - fortunately we won&#039;t be subjected to it much longer.</description>
