Oil is heading under $100, maybe deliberately by manipulation of the election, but the result is "why do we need to drill to reduce the price of gas? It's going down already." They missed the boat. That way they will have to wait for the oil to actually come to market. Much the same with Global Warming, many or most people will only realize that Global Warming is actually happening is to let it happen and then say 'told you so.'
