I just don't expect it to. Obama's aims fall far short of what is required. But maybe it is a small step in the right direction that will eventually lead to real change. A small technical question. In the UK news they keep saying that Obama is the first black President. He has one white parent and one black, so how does this make him black??? Is it like mixing paint or something?
