Why doesn&#039;t this site store their events as videos, instead of just streaming video live?

I work for a living, and couldn&#039;t watch the event, and now it appears that these events are not recorded. 

Dang. Shoot. Crap!

This is an important study, and the White House has totally flubbed communicating it to the public, I think.</description>
